Terms and conditions:

1. Family Plan: two children, 11 years and below sharing room with adults and not requesting extra bed, are free of accommodation charge only. Cribs for infants are provided free of charge and are available on request. We allow 2 children per room sharing with parents. (To ensure appropriate room arrangements, guests are kindly requested to indicate the number and ages of accompanying children upon booking.)
2. All reservations, revisions, postponement, amendments and cancellations must be done in writing and duly acknowledged by the Hotel. A tour or service voucher will be provided to you once booking is confirmed.
3. We reserve the right to release finalized bookings that are not guaranteed by deposit and to levy charges on bookings that will be cancelled, postponed, revised or amended.
4. Rates are all quoted in Philippine Peso (Php). 
5. Rates are inclusive of Government Taxes and Service charge.
6. An Incidental Deposit of Php 1,000.00/night is required upon check-in. Any unused balance will be refunded upon check-out subject to clearance of all charges and obligations.
7. The Hotel requires full payment of the total charges on or before check-in. Non receipt of full payment would mean automatic cancellation of all bookings. Reinstatement of booking shall be subject to availability.
8. Strictly NO PETS ALLOWED.
9. Non-smoking policy: All guest rooms are strictly non-smoking to ensure a clean, healthy, and comfortable environment for all guests. If smoking is detected in a guest room, a cleaning and restoration fee of PHP 5,000.00 will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-out. This fee covers the cost of deep cleaning, deodorizing, and restoring the room to a smoke-free condition for future guests.
10. Check-in time: 03:00 p.m. We are unable to guarantee ready rooms for guests arriving before 12:00 noon.
11. Check-out time: 12:00 noon. Requests for late check-out can be accommodated subject to room availability on departure date and may incur additional charges. 
12. Late checkout rate: Maximum until 2pm – free of charge but subject to room availability. 2:01pm to 6:00pm – 50% of the rates but still subject to room availability. Past 6:01pm & beyond – 100% (full rate). 
13. All room reservations are subject to room availability and written confirmation from the Hotel. Should the guest decide to shorten his/her stay, payment for the unused room nights are non-refundable and cannot be used to offset against food and beverage and other charges.
14. Reservations: Advance reservation is required subject to availability and confirmation. MetroCentre Hotel will provide guests a confirmation number to confirm reservations.  MetroCentre Hotel and Convention Center reserves the right to require signed booking Confirmation letter detailing pertinent information of the booking. 
15. Room holding and confirmation: All room reservations are subject to confirmation and availability. Rooms placed on option will be held until the option date specified by the Hotel. If written confirmation and/or required payment guarantee is not received on or before the option date, the Hotel reserves the right to automatically release the room(s) without prior notice and make them available for sale to other guests.
16. Cancellation Policy:

• 30% charge equivalent to the entire stay if cancellation is done (7) days prior to arrival.
• 50% charge equivalent to the entire stay if cancellation is done (5) days prior to arrival.
• 100% will be charged the full amount if cancellation is done (3) days prior to arrival.

17. Cancelled Bookings are subject for offsetting to future bookings and not subject to refund.
18. Rebooking Policy: This booking may be rebooked once only, subject to room availability, and must be used within 60 days from the original check-in date. Applicable rate differences and surcharges may apply.
19. Refund policy: This booking is non-refundable. Guests may rebook their stay to a different date, subject to room availability and the hotel’s rebooking policy. 
20. Force Majeure: MetroCentre Hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather conditions, labor disputes, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions. Any additional expenses arising from such circumstances shall be the responsibility of the guest. Rebooking requests may be accommodated in accordance with the property’s prevailing policies and room availability.
