We kindly request that all bookings be confirmed at least a few hours before the scheduled time. This allows us to properly prepare the assigned therapist and setup.

2. Arrival Time

Clients are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time to relax, complete any necessary forms, and discuss preferences or concerns.

3. Health Conditions

Clients are advised to inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or areas of discomfort prior to the session. This helps us provide a safe and personalized service.

4. Our Commitment to You

All massage services are provided with the highest level of professionalism and are focused on relaxation, stress relief, and overall wellness. We are committed to ensuring a respectful, safe, and comfortable experience for all clients at all times.

5. Quiet & Relaxation Policy

To preserve a calm and peaceful environment, we respectfully ask all clients to observe silence or keep conversations to a minimum while inside the premises.

6. Communication During the Session

Clients may communicate their preferred pressure level or any discomfort during the session so

adjustments can be made accordingly.

7. Cancellation Policy

For cancellations or rescheduling, we require that clients notify us at least 4 hours before the scheduled reservation time to avoid cancellation fees.

No-shows are non-refundable
