The term of this Car Rental Agreement runs from the date and hour of vehicle pickup as indicated until the return of the vehicle to Owner, and completion of all terms of this agreement by both Parties.
Parties may shorten or extend the term of rental by mutual consent.

Scope of use:

Renter will use the rented vehicle only for personal or routine business use, and operate the rented vehicle only on properly maintained roads and parking lots.
Renter will comply with all applicable laws relating to holding a license to operate the vehicle.
Renter will not sublease the rented vehicle nor use it as a vehicle for hire.
Renter will not take the vehicle outside Bohol province.
Renter will not allow any other person to operate the rented vehicle.
Renter will pay any losses in and any damages of the vehicle including scratches, flat tire during the term of this agreement.

Fees for loss/damages:

Renter will be required to pay from any loss / damage of the rented vehicle during the term of this agreement.
The car units are fitted with comprehensive insurance – renter will pay, cooperate/provide with the following fees (participation fees) to the car insurance.
Renter will pay for minor scratches, dents, deformation in any sides of the rented vehicle will be automatically repaired/restored to its original form without using the insurance. For the reason that the owner will not commit any hassle for processing time at the insurance office.
Renter will pay or fix the deflated tire before returning the car to the owner.
Renter will pay for the inconvenience / stay of the car during repairs in the shop, delayed of the car being rented.

Indemnification:

Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the owner from and against any loss, damage or legal actions as result of renters operations or use of the rented vehicle during the term of this agreement.
Includes any attorney fees necessarily incurred for these purposes.
Renter will also pay for any parking tickets, moving violations or other citations received while in possession of the Rented Vehicles.

Representation and warranties:

The owner represents and warrants that, to the owner’s knowledge, the rental vehicle is in good condition and is safe for ordinary operation.
Renter represents and warrants that Renter is legally entitled to operate a motor vehicle under laws of this jurisdiction and will not operate it in violation of any laws, or in any negligent or illegal manner.
Renter has been given an opportunity to examine the rented vehicle in advance of taking possession of it, and upon such inspection, is not aware of any damage existing on the vehicle other than that notated by separate existing damage document.

Entire Agreement:

This car rental agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to this rental agreement. No modification to this agreement can be made unless in writing and signed by both parties. Any notice required to be given to the other party will be made to the contact information provided.
